Bringing glass production into the group.
Smart Doors Factory is being established to manufacture insulated glass units and architectural glass products in Qatar, supplying Al Zhbya Holding own systems and the wider market.
Glass is one of the longest lead-time and most quality-sensitive components in any facade or door system. Producing it inside the group means shorter lead times, tighter quality control and less dependence on external suppliers.

Double-glazed units with gas filling, butyl application, desiccant and sealant extrusion — the core line.
Architectural Glass
Glass for doors, windows, partitions, balustrades and facade systems, cut and processed to project requirements.
System Glass
Glass supplied to match the group own aluminium and glass systems, coordinated with fabrication.
